But it would do little to ease the impact on wins and losses, and the revenue decline that would likely result.

“It’s just sad,” District Attorney Frank Young said in a phone interview with HOOPSWORLD. “He’s a nice young man that has a great talent and unfortunately like so many others drugs and alcohol are just taking it.”
